In July, the developers of the PC versions of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart and Marvel's Spider-Man 2 released small updates for the games. These are technical updates; they do not add new content to the games — support for AMD technology has been introduced, and an issue with NVIDIA DLSS availability has been fixed.

Update v3.630.1.0 for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart:

  • Improved DualSense Edge controller support.
  • Added compatibility with AMD FSR "Redstone" machine learning-based frame generation*.
  • Fixed an issue where DLSS Frame Generation could become unavailable in the menu after switching to FSR Frame Generation or disabling frame generation.
  • When AMD FSR 4 is enabled in the driver, the game now also displays this version in the menu and launcher*.

* Requires an AMD Radeon RX 9000 series graphics card and driver version 25.12.1 or newer.

Changes in update 2.629.0.0 for Marvel's Spider-Man 2:

  • Improved DualSense Edge controller support.
  • Added compatibility with AMD FSR "Redstone" machine learning-based frame generation*.

* Requires an AMD Radeon RX 9000 series graphics card and driver version 25.12.1 or newer

In July, at least one more update is planned for Marvel's Spider-Man 2 — with new content. On July 28, a few days before the premiere of the movie "Spider-Man: Brand New Day", a free suit will be added to the game.
