According to available data, Microsoft has ceased development of the Forza Motorsport series after the unsuccessful launch of the 2023 game. Turn 10 studio has been reassigned to support the Forza Horizon team.

The future of Psychonauts, Senua, and South of Midnight remains uncertain. However, Microsoft will continue to develop Halo, Gears of War, Fable, Forza Horizon, Minecraft, State of Decay 3, Clockwork Revolution, Grounded 2, and Age of Empires.
Bethesda projects also remain safe, including DOOM, The Elder Scrolls VI, Fallout, Marvel's Blade, and the new Wolfenstein. Activision Blizzard will continue to develop Call of Duty, Diablo, Overwatch, and World of Warcraft.
