Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced was released not only on consoles but also on PC, so various enthusiasts took on the project. A modder under the nickname Blu decided to get rid of the yellow tint that changes the game's color scheme.
Blu explained that his project is a "simple Reshade preset" that removes the "ugly yellow filter" from the game and corrects oversaturated colors.
He published several screenshots – with an example of the original graphics of Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced and after installing his mod. In his version, the colors look more natural.
The "ACBlackFlag Natural Colors" modification for Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced is distributed free of charge via Nexus Mods. It requires Reshade and prod80 shaders to work.
The developers of the Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced remake offered not only graphical changes. They also improved various gameplay mechanics of the game:
Battles have become more dynamic – parries and eliminations now play a major role; stealth and parkour have been improved, in particular, it has become easier to escape from enemies and perform quick kills. Many upgrades are available for the "Jackdaw" to help it withstand battles with mighty enemy ships.
