There's not much time left until the release of Onimusha: Way of the Sword, so Capcom has decided to help players prepare for the launch. The company has released an official PC performance test.
The game will be released on September 4, 2026, on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. This is the first new installment in the Onimusha series in almost 20 years.
The benchmark is based on the demo version and is already available to users on Steam and Epic Games Store. To get it, you need to select the "Request Access" option, after which you can download a separate application.
After completing the test, the program will show:
- the final PC performance score with a rating from "Excellent" (over 25,000 points) to "Too Low Performance" (0–4999 points);
- average FPS and 1% Low metric;
- a frame rate graph, where the yellow line displays the current test, and the blue line shows the results of the previous one;
- used monitor and graphics settings.
