Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced Director Makes Unexpected Request to Fans Due to GTA VI

News 1

The release of GTA VI is making many developers nervous, and Ubisoft is no exception. Richard Knight, director of Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, appealed to players with an unusual request in an interview with the JorRaptor channel.

He urged fans in November, when all attention will be focused on the new Rockstar Games title, to find time and "stay with his game." Developers fear that the release of GTA 6 will overshadow the pirate adventure.

Knight made it clear that Ubisoft is not going to quickly stop supporting the project. The team will first focus on fixing bugs and addressing technical issues. He apologized to players who encountered bugs, emphasizing that every malfunction is a priority for the studio.

In addition to fixes, developers are preparing a "New Game+" mode, additional improvements, and minor gameplay changes, including the ability to completely hide Edward's blowpipe.

The director's request to remain loyal to the game may hint at a major surprise or free content by the end of the year. There are also rumors of a story expansion.
