Weta Workshop Unveils Arwen's Crown from "The Lord of the Rings" Valued at Over Two Million Rubles

Fans of "The Lord of the Rings" can now purchase extremely expensive and limited edition rings of Aragorn, the rightful heir to the throne of Gondor, and the Elven lady Galadriel, as well as the spectacular crown of the Half-elf Arwen, from Weta Workshop.

Among Tolkienists, it's easy to find collectors willing to spend significant sums of money on statues, figurines, and other items dedicated to "The Lord of the Rings" universe.

Weta Workshop has prepared limited edition jewelry specifically for these individuals. For $29,999 (2,354,869 rubles), you can purchase Arwen's crown. It is made entirely of sterling silver. As with many Elven creations, the whiteness of the metal itself was a challenge: in Middle-earth, mithril is described as silver, but brighter and more beautiful than any earthly metal.

To replicate this effect, a surface enrichment process (chemical coloring) was used, which brings a thin layer of pure silver to the surface, whiter than usual. Fine wires mimic the veins of each butterfly wing. The bead weaving is the most painstaking part of the work. The threads are made of glass beads interspersed with faceted Swarovski crystals.

Additionally, for $13,999 (1,098,897 rubles), you can acquire a limited edition Aragorn's or Galadriel's ring. The first is made of sterling silver with 22-karat gold and a tourmaline gemstone, while the second is made of 10-karat white gold with rhodium plating and a white topaz gemstone.

It is worth noting that these items are created by the same jeweler and with the same design as the original used in "The Lord of the Rings." Each item comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by master jeweler Jasmine Watson.

Weta Workshop will release a total of 25 Arwen diadems, 25 Aragorn rings, and 25 Galadriel rings.
