News 1

In July, Blizzard Entertainment returned to the StarCraft II strategy game and introduced update 5.0.16b. It includes bug fixes, as well as balance adjustments for Protoss and Terrans.

Fans paid special attention to the changes for Terrans:

  • Command Center cost reduced from 400 to 300 minerals.
  • Planetary Fortress cost increased from 150 minerals and 150 gas to 250 minerals and 150 gas.
  • Ghost supply cost reduced from 3 to 2.

According to some fans, the reduction in Command Center price is “the most significant change” since Legacy of the Void (2015). This change will impact strategy at all stages of the game.

In addition, Blizzard Entertainment introduced DLC packs for StarCraft II. Players are offered bundles with commanders.

Available: “Commanders: Primal Bundle”, “Arsenal Bundle”, “Dedicated Commanders Bundle”, and the Grand Commanders Bundle. The latter includes the following characters: Zeratul, Abathur, Alarak, Dehaka, Fenix, Han and Horner, Mengsk, Nova, Stetmann, Stukov, and Tychus.
