Recently, the well-known hacker under the nickname voices38 returned and announced a new victory. He cracked the soulslike action-RPG The First Berserker: Khazan from Neople studio, which was released last year.
This is a full-fledged "old-school" crack — voices38 does not use the popular method of bypassing protection with a hypervisor, meaning players will not have to disable PC security systems for such a "crack" to work.
The hacker did not explain why he suddenly decided to crack this project: earlier, the creators of The First Berserker stated that sales were lower than initial expectations.
The First Berserker is positioned as a hardcore action RPG. The game's events chronologically take place 800 years before the events of the Dungeon Fighter Online (DNF) universe. Players take on the role of General Khazan:
Unlock unique skills with skill points to help Khazan unleash his berserker and become unstoppable in combat. Want to change something? Reset and change Khazan's skills anytime, anywhere in the game. Find the best combination of attacks and increase survivability in intense boss battles with different skills.
Previously, the creators of 007 First Light removed Denuvo from the game. However, the game's protection was cracked at release.
