Star Wars Zero Company will be a large-scale adventure: completing the campaign will take approximately 30–40 hours. Despite the absence of "New Game+", the developers promise a high level of replayability.
On Discord, Bit Reactor studio revealed that the game will feature over 150 planets to explore.
The galactic map includes over 150 planets where strategic operations can take place during the campaign. Many of them are tied to "choose your own adventure" style choices. We also have over a dozen unique planets for tactical missions with detailed environments created in collaboration with the Lucasfilm Games team.
Operations will require intelligence that the player receives between missions. Some tasks may disappear, so lead designer James Brawley advises to "make choices based on your playstyle and interests."
Decisions in operations can unlock new tasks, influence character relationships, and side missions. During tactical missions, players will be able to explore locations from a third-person perspective, find additional intelligence points, and pre-combat advantages.
Star Wars Zero Company will be released on August 27, 2026, on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC.
