Hot Toys continues to make announcements related to the movie "Avengers: Doctor Doom." This time, they unveiled a 1/6 scale Gambit figure. The standard version will be available for pre-order for 1780 Hong Kong dollars (17,658 rubles), and the deluxe version for 2380 Hong Kong dollars (23,688 rubles).
The figure features a head sculpt with a separate rolling eyeball system and the likeness of actor Channing Tatum. To replicate the mutant's abilities, the team coated the eyes with a special UV luminescent reflective compound that conveys a bright kinetic glow.
His look is recreated with a meticulously tailored costume, including a long, leather-like trench coat with built-in wire, darkened over time dark purple chest armor with silver lines, black pants with purple stripes, and artificially aged silver armored knee-high boots made of soft vinyl.
Gambit is armed with his signature Bo staff and a translucent Bo staff in a kinetic energy release state. Fans can pose him using his powers with attachable energy streak effects, kinetically charged cards with dynamic trails and curved effects, and charging card effects.
The set includes interchangeable hands with cards between the fingers for the open left hand. Also included are 1/6 scale and life-size plastic playing cards in black and gold. The deluxe version includes a diorama base themed after a battle-damaged Sentinel, complete with explosion effects and LED lighting.
Additionally, a special edition, available in select markets, will include a life-size commemorative metal ring as an exclusive bonus.
