Argonaut Games has officially confirmed the development of a remaster for Croc 2: Kingdom of the Gobbos. The release date has not yet been revealed.
Despite the series' age, Croc the crocodile remains popular among players. Last year, the studio released a remaster of the first installment, and soon the sequel will receive an updated version.
Like the previous remaster, Croc 2: Kingdom of the Gobbos will be released on Steam, GOG, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
In addition to various improvements, the game will bring back Crocopedia, a library of previously unreleased materials, including content that did not make it into the original version of the game.
