Anbernic RG SP Portable Foldable Console Gets Price and Release Date

This week, gamers will be able to purchase the Anbernic RG SP portable foldable console without joysticks, featuring 1GB of RAM, a 3.4-inch IPS screen, and an Allwinner H700 chip.

Anbernic announced that sales of the RG SP portable foldable console will begin on August 5, 2026, at 13:00 Moscow time. According to the official website, the version with 1GB of RAM and a 16GB microSD card will cost $64.99 (5225 rubles), or $57.99 (4662 rubles) if ordered within the first 72 hours.

This device features a 3.4-inch IPS screen (720×480 resolution), an Allwinner H700 chip, a Mali-G31 MP2 GPU, Linux OS, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2.4/5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, a high-quality speaker, and two memory card slots (supporting expansion up to 512GB).

In addition, the Anbernic RG SP has a 3300 mAh battery (up to 6 hours of operation), built-in powerful magnets in the top and bottom covers for secure closing, support for wired, wireless (2.4 GHz), and Bluetooth controllers, HD output to TV, a vibration motor, support for online multiplayer via Wi-Fi, and streaming.
