Meredith Stout is a secondary character with very little screen time, so the developers "had to portray her with very broad and unambiguously readable strokes."
Paweł explained that every detail had to immediately convey who she was:
She is a person obsessed with control, hierarchy, and power. Her image reinterprets themes of dominance, submission, and negotiating power from Leopold von Sacher-Masoch's novel "Venus in Furs" — now shown through the lens of a ruthless Militech executive.

The broken heart tattoo with the inscription "Never Again" behind Meredith's ear hints that behind the carefully crafted image of absolute control lies a person who was once deeply hurt and decided never to give up power to anyone again.
According to the developer, this tiny detail makes a character with limited screen time more significant and profound: "All these elements work together, as they are directly related to the themes of corporate dystopia."
