Full version of co-op shooter from Half-Life remake creators released on Steam

News 0

In early August, Crowbar Collective studio, known to many players for Black Mesa (the Half-Life remake), announced the release of the full version of Rogue Point. This is a co-op shooter for 4 players where “teamwork is everything.”

According to the plot, events unfold in a world where, after the death of the richest man on the planet, greedy corporations began to tear his empire apart. An elite independent squad of justice fighters, known as “Rogue Point,” tries to fight them off. The fighters complete various tasks on several large-scale maps.

With update 1.0, Rogue Point introduced the “Clinic” map – players will have to navigate through narrow corridors and open halls to complete combat objectives. A boss who uses a flamethrower in combat also appeared, and players will be able to use a new carbine, a semi-automatic sniper rifle, and a shotgun in battle. In addition, full mod support is available – developers have added tools for creating custom maps.

The Rogue Point page on Steam is available at the following link. The game received “mixed” reviews, with a rating of 66%. Some “early access” players believe that the developers rushed the release of the “full version” 1.0.

Until August 18, discounts will apply to Rogue Point, the extended edition, and add-ons.
