Warner Bros. Games Returns to Growth. LEGO Batman Saved the Gaming Division

Warner Bros. Discovery published its financial report for the second quarter of 2026. Despite weak results from the film division, the gaming sector showed strong growth.

According to the financial report for the second quarter of 2026, Warner Bros. Games' revenue increased by 45% compared to the same period in 2025. The main driver of success was LEGO Batman: Legacy of Dark Knight. At the same time, the gaming division's expenses grew by 52%, which is associated with the project's launch.

In a letter to shareholders, the company noted that the release of LEGO Batman: Legacy of Dark Knight and the mobile Game of Thrones: Dragonfire aligns with the development strategy for its four most profitable franchises. Thanks to these releases, Warner Bros. Games managed to improve its financial performance after a challenging period.
