Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 will be released not only on PS5 and Xbox - developers made an important announcement

Cold Iron Studios changed its plans for the launch of Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 just before its release. The shooter will be released not only on Steam, Epic Games Store, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.

The sequel to the co-op action game set in the "Alien" universe, Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2, will be released on August 25, 2026. In the new trailer, the developers showed gameplay with four-player co-op and revealed another platform at the end of the video.

Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 will also be released on Nintendo Switch 2. The version for the new Nintendo console will arrive in the fall.

The game will offer team battles against xenomorphs, where players can team up with friends and confront new threats in the universe.
