During the photoshoot, conducted by photographer Tatyana "Nita 13" Tishevskaya, cosplayers Pyotr "Slimper" Yakhontov and Margarita Druzhinets appeared as characters such as Pinocchio and Sophia.
Pinocchio in Lies of P is a unique puppet created by the ingenious inventor Geppetto to save the city of Krat, which has plunged into chaos. Unlike other automatons that have gone mad and staged a bloody rebellion, this hero obeys special rules and possesses the amazing ability to lie.
Outwardly, he looks like a young man with pale porcelain skin and dark curly hair. His body consists of mechanical joints and metal parts, and his left arm is completely replaced by a multifunctional combat prosthesis. The hero's clothing is inspired by Victorian fashion.
Pinocchio's character initially resembles a blank slate, as he awakens without a clear understanding of human emotions. However, the key feature of his personality lies in the gradual acquisition of humanity through the choices the player makes.
Sophia Monad is a dark reinterpretation of the Blue Fairy from Carlo Collodi's original fairy tale "The Adventures of Pinocchio. The Story of a Wooden Puppet." She is the daughter of the former leader of the alchemists, Valentin Monad, and acts as the protagonist's first ally, guide, and mentor.
Outwardly, Sophia appears to the player as a stately, beautiful young woman with a melancholic face and azure-blue hair neatly gathered at the back. she wears an elegant long dark blue Victorian-style dress with delicate lace and metal ornaments.
Sophia's character is distinguished by exceptional gentleness, compassion, tenderness, and resilience in the face of terrible trials. She treats Pinocchio with immense care, believes in him, and literally becomes a kind of external human conscience for the puppet. Sophia never shows malice or selfishness, sincerely striving to save the ruined city and end the suffering of its inhabitants.
