CarX Technologies studio has released update 1.14.0 for the racing game CarX Street. It includes a ranked mode, as well as official support for modifications from the Steam Workshop.
Now CarX Street players can participate in the ranked online mode Runlist. A match in this mode consists of a series of consecutive races. It will feature various competitions – from street races in Sunset City to races on the Sunset Speedway track:
Challenge other players in a new competitive multiplayer mode with real-time ranked matchmaking. Up to eight players can participate in one match.
In addition, the creators of CarX Street announced that the game now supports Intel processors on macOS. They also released a hotfix designed to eliminate incorrect collision system operation in network mode:
Previously, when the distance between cars in multiplayer was reduced, the collision disabling mechanism was triggered. As a result of the hotfix, the standard collision mode has been fully restored – disabling upon approach no longer occurs, and paired races now work correctly again.
