The creators of the "Heroes' successor" are back from vacation - preparing a new game and improvements for Songs of Conquest
Soon, the survivors genre will be expanded with another project.
The Lavapotion team, which created the turn-based strategy game Songs of Conquest, is gradually returning from vacation. A studio representative clarified that due to differing vacation schedules, "about half of us are not back yet," but work at the office has begun.
The team has already been reviewing bug reports for Songs of Conquest that accumulated over the past weeks. While the developers have not yet revealed all plans in detail and are not ready to announce DLC due to limited resources, they have outlined several points.
Currently, "about half of the team" is diligently working on a new incremental game, Wielders of the Essence, in the survivors genre. The creators have received a lot of "excellent feedback" from those who tested the demo version.
One of Lavapotion's current tasks is to "ensure that Songs of Conquest is consistent across all consoles and platforms" (including mobile devices).
The developers also noted that "in the coming months," they will be working on balance, sharing news about Wielders of the Essence, and "other improvements." They intend to dedicate time to polishing and refining Songs of Conquest.
In addition, the Digital Artbook add-on has received an update: new illustrations have been included in the digital artbook.
