Multiverse studio announced the release of Pax Autocrata on PC via Steam in "early access" format. Developers will offer players to build their own totalitarian colony.
However, this is not just a "building simulator." The developers position their project as a dark-satirical hybrid of a colony simulator and a first-person shooter. Players will be able to personally participate in assaults – battlefields are designed in a roguelite style:
Fight alongside your troops in roguelite FPS battles – from skirmishes with enemy ships to large-scale mechanized battles involving infantry, tanks, and mechs – spreading your doctrine and eliminating threats to humanity.
The developers expect Pax Autocrata to remain in "early access" for about two years. They plan to add additional content related to colonies and battles to the game. The current version already has many buildings, weapon models, and unit types available.
