The Persona series has been around for 30 years, but it gained global popularity later. Therefore, fans have long dreamed of remakes of the first two installments, following the example of Persona 3.
In an interview with Gamerbraves, Kazuhisa Wada, who has been working with the series since Persona 2: Innocent Sin, admitted that he is aware of the demand for updated versions of the games. Moreover, the producer believes that such a project should be released.
At this stage, I can't say anything with complete certainty, but personally, I think we should definitely do it. I think we must do it.
Currently, fans are awaiting a Persona 4 remake and news about Persona 6. Meanwhile, the first two installments of the series remain significantly less accessible to a modern audience.
