Two weeks before its release, Cold Iron Studios unveiled the fifth of six classes for Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2, the Medic, capable of healing and buffing allies, as well as poisoning Xenomorphs with a "Poison Station."
With two weeks left until the release of Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2, Cold Iron Studios has unveiled the fifth of six classes – the Medic. In addition to healing the team, he can buff allies and set traps.
The Combat Stimulator can be upgraded to "Adrenaline Rush," which increases damage resistance and grants immunity to knockback. "Overload" increases fire rate and speeds up reloading. The "Advanced Trauma Station," after upgrading to "Buff Station," further increases damage resistance and damage dealt.
The "Poison Station" turns the Medic into a trap specialist: enemies caught in it take periodic damage, and the amount of energy received increases fivefold. For close combat, the X1 flamethrower and the Type 21 Mk. 2 tactical shotgun are available.
Among the perks are "Bedside Manner," which allows fallen allies to be revived twice as fast, and "Surgeon's Hands," which grants immunity to knockback while reviving and using items.
Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 will be released on August 25, 2026, for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. The game will arrive on Nintendo Switch 2 in the fall. Only one class remains – the Specialist.
