The Elder Scrolls VI fans believe they have deciphered the game's subtitle - a list of popular theories has emerged

Recently, Xbox head Asha Sharma revealed that she saw the new installment of the TES franchise being played. She wrote the game's title as "The Elder Scrolls VI: ********".

Players assumed that the number of asterisks corresponded to the number of letters in the subtitle of the new Bethesda Game Studios title, and began to form theories.

User Hedgy_mcsnuffle collected popular versions and launched a poll in the community of players awaiting TES VI.

Currently, the number one candidate for the subtitle is Sentinel. According to the lore, it is a city of Redguards (one of the human races living in western Tamriel), the capital of the Hammerfell province, located on the shores of Iliac Bay.

However, the second most popular option is that the entry "********" is not related to "eight letters".

Other options include High Rock, Redguard, and Iliac Bay.

The Elder Scrolls VI currently has no specific release date or window. This summer, Bethesda Game Studios also confirmed plans for a full new Fallout 5, a new game in the franchise from Obsidian, and remasters of Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas.
