The Walking Dead game with "overwhelmingly positive" reviews to be given away on Steam

Lenovo recently announced a new giveaway. This time, players will be offered to add The Walking Dead from Telltale Games to their collection.

This is an episodic adventure horror game. The story centers on convicted criminal Lee Everett and an orphaned girl named Clementine, who try to survive in a world with reanimated dead.

The Walking Dead is liked by many players: the project received "overwhelmingly positive" reviews on Steam – a rating of 97% after more than 80 thousand user reviews.

The organizers have launched a countdown and published instructions in the "Lenovo Gaming Community". Players have time to prepare for the start of the giveaway.

Those wishing to receive a key will need to log in to the Lenovo Gaming Community with their account, open the event page, and wait for their turn. The practice of past giveaways shows that a large queue of thousands of users wishing to receive a key quickly accumulates.

After passing the queue, 10 minutes are given to receive a "voucher" for the key. Then this "voucher" is redeemed through Lenovo's partner "Gamesplanet" – and a key for activation on Steam is issued.

The giveaway is expected to start in six days – on the evening of August 19.
