"Crossed Scritchy Scratchy and Cookie Clicker": Lottery Ticket Scratch-Off Simulator Released on Steam

Shilenok studio and Spaghetti Cat publisher announced the release of Scratch the Ticket for PC on Steam in August. The developers position the new game as an incremental game about lottery excitement.

Players are invited to take on the role of a person who prints tickets and scratches off cells. They will constantly have to make a decision: risk and try to increase their prize or take the winnings – a cell can contain a multiplier or a bomb that will reset everything on the ticket.

When scratching cells, players can rely not only on intuition but also on an arsenal of various gadgets. For example, an “LED panel” illuminates the silhouette of the cell's contents, which will reduce the basic risk of missing, and a “Spy” can mark one of the cells with special ink – then the player with a “UV flashlight” can find out where the bomb (or the main prize) is located.

One player described Scratch the Ticket as a mix of popular incremental games: Cookie Clicker, as well as Scritchy Scratchy – a clicker about scratching lottery cards.
