Nikita Buyanov Showed New Containers, Weapons, and Other Escape from Tarkov Teasers

The launch of the “Kord Breach” season in Escape from Tarkov is just the beginning. The developers have big plans for future updates.

The head of Battlestate Games recently intrigued the community again. Nikita Buyanov posted an image on social media with the caption: “Hmm… what could this be?”. He denied the assumption that these would be rewards for a new league system.

Players believe these could be full-fledged new containers or a teaser for a container customization feature.

The published teaser shows a marksman rifle — fans identified it as the MK14 EBR.

Earlier in August, a special TarkovTV Live developer stream took place, featuring Nikita Buyanov. He answered several community questions, and now the Escape from Tarkov team has started publishing answers to questions that were not covered in the recent broadcast.

This year, the developers plan to add several weapon models, such as the G3 and FAMAS. Later, the AEK is planned, and possibly the Abakan (AN-94) will appear:

Also, the creators of Escape from Tarkov were asked if they wanted to add battle pass documents as rewards for weekly or daily tasks. Buyanov replied: “We want to, most likely we will add them to weekly tasks.”

Previously, the developers reviewed feedback and increased the daily document limit in Escape from Tarkov.
