"Buy on Steam": ReStory: Chill Electronics Repairs Removed from Hundreds of Players' Libraries - Publisher Urges Not to Deal with Resellers
ReStory: Chill Electronics Repairs recently launched on PC on Steam. It's a cozy electronics repair simulator developed by Mandragora studio. The new title received "overwhelmingly positive" reviews from players and attracted the attention of entrepreneurs.
Publisher tinyBuild announced that it had revoked several hundred keys that were being sold on various marketplaces:
We have just revoked 649 ReStory: Chill Electronics Repairs activation keys, most of which were confirmed to have been sold on dubious key reselling sites.
CEO Alex Nichiporchik advised players who purchased the game on such "dubious reseller sites" and lost access to it to contact the administration of the respective resources.
Alex also noted that the tinyBuild team identified the source of the key leak and will no longer interact with that partner. He recommended players buy the game from the official store:
Just buy games on Steam. If a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.
Earlier, the developers noted the initial success of ReStory: Chill Electronics Repairs – they plan to release updates with free content for the game.
