You Can't Just Close Your Eyes Here: The Creepy Horror Game Time To Wake Up Is Coming To Consoles

The indie horror game Time To Wake Up, where blinking will be the main mechanic instead of traditional combat, will be released in Q3 2026.

Fans of unusual horror games should pay attention to the indie project Time To Wake Up. The game will send the hero into a disturbing world of dreams. One night, he finds himself trapped in a dream and hears a mysterious voice that is particularly interested in his eyes. Together, they embark on a journey through the hero's memories in search of an exit.

The main mechanic will be blinking. With its help, the player will be able to change the appearance and layout of rooms, switch and reset moving objects, flood rooms with water, and even rotate parts of the environment.

The developers are focusing on atmosphere, puzzles, and playing with perception. Eye Blink Twice is responsible for the project, and Serafini Productions will publish the console versions.

Time To Wake Up will be released on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S in Q3 2026. The exact release date has not yet been announced.
