Crimson Desert continues to be fixed - patch 1.18.02 corrects player animation interruptions

News

The creators of Crimson Desert continue to actively support their game with large (and not so large) updates. In August, they have already released several updates, and now they have presented another one.

In patch 1.18.02, Pearl Abyss studio included several technical fixes. Now, after using the shop, players should not lose control of their character, and movement animations will no longer glitch. In addition, a bug in the camp resource interface, which could incorrectly display the number of mercenaries, has been fixed.

List of changes in patch 1.18.02 for Crimson Desert:

  • Fixed an issue where the number of mercenaries was displayed as 0 in the camp resource interface.
  • Fixed an issue where the amount of silver available would reset in some save files after completing the "Secret Deal" quest.
  • Fixed an issue where player movement animations would interrupt or look unnatural.
  • Fixed an issue where character control became impossible in some situations after using the shop.

The Pearl Abyss team did not specify when they plan to release the next patch or hotfix for the game. A list of known issues can be found at the following link; for example, some players have complained that it is impossible to interact with NPCs, mounts, and some objects in certain situations.
