Valve's free hit and Apex Legends prevented Phantom Blade Zero from topping the overall Steam chart. The best-selling products of last week have been named

Valve continues to track the financial success of various projects in the Steam store.

Valve traditionally summarizes the financial results of the past week on Steam. The statistics cover the period from August 11 to August 18, 2026.

This month, pre-orders for the Chinese wuxia action-adventure Phantom Blade Zero opened; Apex Legends remains popular — the Marked season (or "Znamenie" in Russian localization) has started in the game, and a Helldivers 2 collaboration with the Warhammer 40,000 franchise has also launched.

Phantom Blade Zero is among the top ten most desired games on Steam (by wishlist count), and many players rushed to pre-order — the game took third place in the overall chart. Free-to-play Counter-Strike 2 and Apex Legends prevented it from becoming the leader.
