In August, Beamdog studio returned to Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition. The developers announced the start of public beta testing for "3.2.0 Beta".
Earlier this year, the developers updated the Enhanced Edition versions of the first Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale to version 2.7. These updates added various improvements to the games, including new localizations, improved cloud save support, and expanded modding capabilities on mobile devices.
Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition had not received updates for a long time, so the authors decided it was time to improve this project as well. Now it has received a translation into Russian, as well as several other localizations.
In addition, errors related to Modron Maze were fixed for compatibility with modified content.
Native Apple Silicon support appeared, and on Linux, they switched from libssl to OpenSSL to improve compatibility with newer distributions.
