Hell Let Loose: Vietnam will receive three major updates by the end of 2026: developers will add new maps, weapons, armored vehicles, and the Bell UH-1 "Huey" helicopter.
Update 1.5 will be the first, scheduled for release in September. The update will add M14 and Type 56 SKS rifles, and the Bell UH-1 Iroquois helicopter. Along with it, the game will feature music from the Vietnam War era.
The co-pilot will have access to the helicopter's radio and will be able to play music for everyone on board. But the music will not only be heard inside the helicopter. It will also be broadcast by the Huey itself, so nearby players will be able to hear it as you fly over the battlefield.
The music can be turned off – this will be useful for those who do not want to hear it, and for content creators who are concerned about copyright strikes.
Updates 2.0 and 3.0 will add Khe Sanh and Rung Sat maps, US and NVA armored personnel carriers, new weapons, and cosmetic items for Deluxe Edition owners.
Through the end of 2026, into 2027 and beyond, we will continue to listen to your feedback, address issues, improve performance and stability, and evolve the core of the game.
