Konami and Screen Burn Interactive studio several days ago showed 19 minutes of Silent Hill: Townfall gameplay. In the video, the main character Simon Ordell explores the fog-shrouded fictional Scottish island of St. Amalia, abandoned houses, and encounters nightmares.
The main information was hidden in the fine print at the end of the video. It confirms that after its release on PS5 and PC, the game will not appear on other platforms for at least six months. This means Sony's temporary console exclusivity will last half a year.
The release on PS5 and PC will take place on September 24, 2026. This means that versions for Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch 2 may not be released until late March of the following year at the earliest. Konami has not yet officially announced ports for other consoles.
