A method to boost FPS found in Wuthering Waves. The results are already impressive

News 1

Wuthering Waves, which won at TGA 2025 in the player's voice category, is still experiencing performance and graphics issues on consoles. Now Studio Kuro has taken on optimization and, as stated in the official announcement, is porting the game "to a new programming language." Some players on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S can already test the updated version. It is marked with an "*" symbol in the menu.

According to BleeeGMV's analysis, on a laptop with an RTX 5060 and Core i9-14900HX, Wuthering Waves now maintains a stable 65–70 FPS instead of dropping to 40 FPS in the most demanding areas of the Academy. Performance during motorcycle rides has also significantly improved: FPS stays closer to 60, rather than dropping to 40.

It is currently unknown when the optimized version will be available to all players.
