Financial experts have presented fresh forecasts for the upcoming expansion to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. According to their estimates, the third expansion, officially confirmed by CD Projekt RED, could hit the market as early as the beginning of 2027.
Analysts believe that the project could significantly impact the Polish company's financial results. According to the published report, the expansion could generate over 700 million zlotys in revenue, approximately $189 million, within the first 12 months after its release.
This result, according to experts' calculations, would mean sales of approximately 11.4 million copies. The forecast shows how much interest the adventures of Geralt of Rivia still hold, more than 10 years after the original game's release.
