The Witcher 3 Remaster on Nintendo Switch 2 will run at 60 FPS - Blogger

CD Projekt RED is preparing a major update for its most popular game, and the version for Nintendo Switch 2 looks especially interesting. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Remastered is already being tested by players at the exhibition in Cologne.

Polish blogger Pankubaka, specializing in Nintendo, tried the game in Cologne and claims that "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Remastered" on Nintendo Switch 2 runs at 60 frames per second. CD Projekt RED has not yet officially revealed details of the graphics modes and performance, although everything indicates that the developers have not only improved the graphics but also ensured stable game performance.

The remaster is not limited to resolution enhancement. The developers have improved the visuals, reworked the combat system and Roach's controls, added a new skill tree, transmogrification, an expanded photo mode, new finishers, and improved enemy behavior. The interface, animations, item collection, and Witcher signs have also been updated.

Owners of the previous version of the game on compatible platforms will receive the Remastered version for free. This also applies to players with "The Witcher 3" on the first Nintendo Switch – they will be able to upgrade to the native version for Switch 2.
