The official presentation of "Grand Theft Auto VI: Extended Showcase" recently took place, during which Rockstar Games showed the PlayStation 5 console version. Some viewers were confused by the frame rate — the game ran at 30 FPS (although, given the scale of the project, this was quite expected).

Tech enthusiasts also paid attention to the presentation and decided to assemble a gameplay demo at 60 frames per second. For example, such a video was published by the author of the YouTube channel GamersPrey.

The blogger explained that the original footage, which was shot on PlayStation 5, was "converted and presented at 60 frames per second" for this video (he did not go into technical details).

Viewers joked that such a frame rate would be available on PlayStation 7 consoles.

In terms of content, everything in the video remained the same: the main characters, Lucia and Jason, set off to complete a task, and soon the building where they were supposed to pick up a package is stormed by police. Then the developers show other characters and various missions that the duo will have to complete.

GTA VI is expected to be released on November 19 this year on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles. Rockstar Games and Take-Two have not yet announced anything about the PC version's release window.
