In late August, Steel Balalaika studio and publisher Slitherine released the Russian Guard add-on for the real-time strategy game Broken Arrow – a new specialization and other content were added to the game:
The long-awaited sixth specialization for the Russian faction is now available for purchase! Meet new units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, FSB, and army reserve troops, as well as unique ground and air equipment that will replenish the arsenal of the Russian army.
The DLC includes 8 infantry squads with 20 unique weapon variants, 31 new unit types, "Daugavpils" and "Coal Mountain" maps, and a new theme for hangar customization.
Broken Arrow also received an update. The developers improved balance and introduced technical enhancements:
- A number of performance improvements have been made for various system configurations.
- Improved availability of authorization servers in various regions.
- Improved interpolation and extrapolation of objects over the network.
