Warhammer 40,000 Creators Unveil "Thunderhawk Down" Terrain Set

Fans of Space Marines will finally get a new plastic Thunderhawk set, though not as a full model, but as a terrain set for the Warhammer 40,000 tabletop game. Inside the box, you'll find pieces of this broken Adeptus Astartes transport shuttle.

Games Workshop employees have announced a plastic terrain set called "Thunderhawk Down" for the Warhammer 40,000 tabletop game.

It includes four highly detailed terrain elements. This will allow users to diversify their usual games, fighting over thematic mission points that provide plenty of cover for both infantry and vehicles.

This versatile and ruined transport shuttle is not tied to a specific Chapter, so you can paint it in the colors of your friend's favorite Space Marines and have a good laugh about it being shot down before the game even started.

The release of the "Thunderhawk Down" set is still a long way off, but until then, several images of it can be found in the upcoming "Codex: Space Marines".
