Over 100 Million Copies: The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 Continue to Captivate Players

CD Projekt RED announced that sales of "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" have exceeded 65 million copies, and Cyberpunk 2077 has sold over 40 million. Together, the two games have surpassed the 100 million mark.

In an interview with The Game Business, representatives of CD Projekt RED recalled the results of their main games.

"The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" became a true phenomenon – sales across all platforms exceeded 65 million copies. The game continues to attract new players more than ten years after its release.

Cyberpunk 2077, despite its troubled launch, has already sold over 40 million copies. Sales were boosted by massive updates, mechanic overhauls, and a well-received story expansion.

Now, CD Projekt RED expects new sales growth thanks to the remaster of "The Witcher 3" and the upcoming story expansion, "Ballads of the Past."
