The September game giveaway for PlayStation Plus subscribers recently started. This month, Sony offered players the shooter Sniper Elite: Resistance (for PS4 and PS5), the vibrant sandbox with co-op support Wobbly Life (PS4 and PS5), and the baseball simulator MLB The Show 26 (PS5).
Sony has also prepared a bonus for those who play MLB The Show 26. PlayStation Plus subscribers can claim a free "MLB The Show 26 Jump Start Bundle" from the store — they will receive five The Show packs, an equipment pack, and a Jumpstart Choice Pack in the game to customize their character in Road To The Show and strengthen their Diamond Dynasty team.
The bundle giveaway will last until October 6, 2026.
In addition, Sony announced plans to add a classic Capcom horror game and a couple of other games from well-known franchises to the PlayStation Plus Classics catalog this year:
- Mega Man X: Command Mission
- Dino Crisis 2
- Ratchet & Clank
They also noted that the co-op shooter Mycopunk is planned to be added to the PlayStation Plus catalog in 2026.
Also, GTA VI-themed gamepads will be released this year.
