Sony Prepares New Showcase: Games for Tokyo Game Show 2026 Revealed

Sony has confirmed its participation in Tokyo Game Show 2026 and will bring four games to the exhibition, including Marvel's Wolverine and Final Fantasy VII: Revelation.

This year's Tokyo Game Show will take place from September 17 to 21. Sony Interactive Entertainment will prepare its own booth where visitors can play several new projects from PlayStation Studios and third-party publishers.

The following will be available at the exhibition:

• Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve
• Final Fantasy VII: Revelation
• Marvel’s Wolverine
• Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance

Pre-registration is available for Japanese PlayStation Plus subscribers, allowing early access to the games.

Sony will also organize a separate premium zone with presentations, gameplay demonstrations, and meetings with famous developers. Visitors can expect photo zones with Astro Bot and four types of gift bags. These will be given out for completing one of the presented demos.
