Konami revealed details of Silent Hill: Townfall and showed new gameplay

Konami showed new gameplay of Silent Hill: Townfall and revealed plot details. The game will be released on September 24, 2026, on PC and PS5.

The Press Play presentation opened with a developer diary dedicated to the new standalone installment of the series. Other platforms will receive the game later.

The main character, Simon Ordell, returns to the Scottish town of St. Amelia to "deal with some past affairs." Analog technology plays an important role in the game: the protagonist has a portable CRT TV that displays disturbing images.

The video also featured terrifying creatures capable of pursuing Simon. The cast includes Emmy Award winner Terry O'Quinn, as well as Kezia Burrows and Jovan Adepo, who plays Simon. Producer Motoyu Okamoto confirmed that Townfall will tell a completely standalone story within the series' overall chronology.
