At one point, the GaGa Games publishing house announced that it would bring the Unmatched Adventures: Teenage Mutant Ninja board game, but then had to abandon the project — to avoid risking the entire line.
Therefore, when the team was denied Unmatched: Hellboy due to unavailable rights for Russia, GaGa Games employees accepted the situation and did not look for loopholes. But now it has become known that a few days ago the publishing house was still able to obtain the rights to Hellboy, so Unmatched: Hellboy will definitely be released with full localization.
Unmatched: Hellboy is a standalone set from the popular tactical board fighting game series Unmatched, dedicated to Mike Mignola's iconic Hellboy comic book universe.
The project is designed for 2–4 players and contains everything necessary for a full game. Unmatched: Hellboy can be played both separately and by combining characters with other sets in the series.
The game includes four new heroes with miniatures: Hellboy — an occult detective with the "Right Hand of Doom", Liz Sherman — a BPRD operative capable of controlling destructive pyrokinesis, Abe Sapien — an amphibian man, an excellent tactician and hand-to-hand combatant, Baba Yaga — a colorful villain from Slavic folklore, using her mortar and dark magic.
The box also includes two new game boards. The pre-order date for the Russian version of Unmatched: Hellboy is not yet known.
