In the upcoming Crazy Taxi: World Tour, Axel will once again appear, tasked with driving customers through five international cities. At the gamescom 2026 presentation, a city inspired by a German metropolis was shown, featuring an airport, mountain roads, and an extensive network of streets.
The core gameplay remains true to the original: Crazy Dash, Crazy Stop, and Crazy Drift allow players to combine spectacular maneuvers into long combos and earn more money. The main surprise was the side missions, such as chasing a plane before takeoff or delivering pizza.
The 30-minute presentation only showed a portion of the single-player game, and multiplayer has barely been revealed yet. Crazy Taxi: World Tour will be released on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
