Publisher Ghost Galaxy and Yellow King studio have announced a project called KeyForge Online – a digital version of the KeyForge tabletop card game, created by Richard Garfield (the game designer who gave the world Magic: The Gathering).
According to the TCG's page on the crowdfunding platform Gamefound, players will have access to an in-game matchmaking system. Owners of physical KeyForge decks will also be able to import them into the digital version of the project to play with them online.

New decks for KeyForge Online can be earned and acquired directly in the game, including for use in Sealed format tournaments. The project will introduce a completely new progression system. Users will complete quests to earn cosmetic rewards or even additional decks.
Among other things, players will be able to climb the ranks and earn various bonuses for victories in each season. The crowdfunding campaign will launch on Gamefound in 2026. If the event is successful, backers will be able to play KeyForge Online on PC via Steam in 2028.
KeyForge is a collectible card game for two players. They will take on the roles of brave Archons – leaders of an army fighting for the right to master the secrets of the Crucible.

A deck of cards represents one player's squad, striving to collect enough Aember to forge keys to the ancient Vault. To win, you must collect three keys before your opponent.
