LEGO Downton Abbey Highclere Castle Set to Release in October

Fans of the series "Downton Abbey" will surely be interested in the new set from the LEGO Group. With it, you can not only build Highclere Castle at home but also acquire 13 detailed minifigures depicting characters from the sixth season.

The LEGO Group has unveiled a new set, designed for fans of the "Downton Abbey" series and consisting of 4711 pieces. With it, users will be able to recreate the majestic architecture of Highclere Castle on their table.

The modular design of the new product allows owners to remove the upper level to explore the bustling kitchen, servants' hall, and Mr. Carson's office below, before ascending to the formal dining room, main hall, and library.

The set includes 13 detailed minifigures representing the household members from Season 6: the Dowager Countess, Lord Grantham, Lady Grantham, Lady Mary, Lady Edith, Tom Branson, Mr. Carson, Mrs. Hughes, Mr. Bates, Anna Bates, Thomas Barrow, Mrs. Patmore, and Daisy Parker. Each minifigure features a double-sided face print and additional clothing elements specially designed for a seated position at the dining table.

Authenticity is at the heart of this set, recreating a captivating era of historical change when candlelight still flickered alongside the first rays of electricity. Buyers will discover authentic details from that period, including a combination of different lighting sources, an early electric mixer in the kitchen, and a 1910s-1920s candlestick telephone in Mr. Carson's office.

The set also includes historical portraits, table settings according to dining etiquette, and a table in the servants' hall where everything is arranged strictly by rank.

The idea for the "Downton Abbey" set was originally proposed by Czech designer Sebastian Veselka as part of LEGO Ideas – a crowdsourcing platform where fans submit product ideas, which are then voted on by the community before being considered for production as official LEGO sets.

LEGO Insiders loyalty program members will be able to purchase the "Downton Abbey" set on October 1, 2026, for $349.99 (29,452 rubles), while everyone else will have to wait until October 4, 2026.
