The creators of Zenless Zone Zero have started teasing characters from the upcoming 3.3 update. miHoYo (HoYoverse) has released several teasers at once.
Zenless Zone Zero 3.3 is expected to add two new characters from different factions. Severian Lowell, an S-rank hero belonging to the "Public Security Department," will appear in the game.
Nothing was said about the character's mechanics, but Severian's lore description was presented:
"Captain Zhu Yuan, during the assault in the last joint operation, your assault squad performed excellently. However, this does not mean that I condone unauthorized actions before fire support arrives." "All participants of the assault are suspended from duty for two days with pay. Rest well, and then return to work."
Fenix Rafaella, also S-rank, a girl from the "Krampus" faction, will also appear in Zenless Zone Zero 3.3. Nothing was said about the mechanics of this heroine either. The developers published several promotional images.
The release of the Zenless Zone Zero 3.3 update is expected in October of this year.
