War Thunder publisher announced Active Matter release date - extraction shooter with anomalies to appear on Steam and consoles
For some time, the game was available on PC outside of Steam.
The release of Active Matter by Matter Team studio is approaching. The publisher of this project is Gaijin Network, known to many for the online action game War Thunder.
Recently, the game's community published a release roadmap for PC and consoles:
- Active Matter is planned to be released on consoles on September 15 — at 07:00 Moscow time
- On PC, the game will also be released on Steam on September 15, but a little later — at 12:00 Moscow time.
Active Matter is an extraction shooter where players take on the role of operatives trapped in a time loop. After death, they always return to the same point.
Fighters will have to pick up equipment and go on a raid into quantum-unstable zones, where they can encounter anomalies and other threats:
Active matter changes things, distorts space and time, so you may encounter other operatives and survivors who have lost their minds and humanity after contact with the matter. But the most dangerous enemies are always other players.
