Board Zeppelin publishing house has prepared a great gift for JRPG fans. It announced that it will release the cooperative adventure board game Boken for 1–2 players in Russian, which managed to earn an impressive 9.4 out of 10 points on the BoardGameGeek portal.
In this project, gamers will be able to explore the kingdom of Lanoth, fight various enemies in an open world, complete a large-scale campaign lasting from 15 to 30 hours, collect trophies, visit villages and shops, interact with NPCs, complete quests, clear dungeons, and defeat bosses.

Each user takes on the role of a hero. In a solo game, you can control one character or both at once. The fates of the heroes will unfold as the adventure progresses. The scenario offers many hours of gameplay, requiring several sessions to complete.
The project features an instant save system. This means a game can be interrupted, Boken put back in its box, and then set up again in just a minute thanks to magnetic character boards and a magnetic game board.

The authors of the Boken board game are Quentin Genard and Miki Tajima. They tried to pay homage to classic Japanese role-playing games of the 80s and 90s.
